Manage the Napa County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program including the planning, development, analysis, coordination, implementation, and administration of water quality control programs in compliance with established federal and state regulatory standards and permit requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to the Joint Powers Authority on the implementation of stormwater pollution policies and procedures for represented Cities.

This is a full-time English/Spanish bilingual position. The current vacancy is in the City Manager’s Office, Office of Sustainability and the Environment.Conducts conservation and compliance audits and inspections of residential, commercial and institutional properties. Enforces water conservation and urban runoff ordinances. Provides information and advice to the public regarding water efficiency and urban runoff programs. Assists in developing and implementing the City’s Sustainable City Plan regarding water resources, including water conservation and urban runoff management.
