    Conducts conservation and compliance audits and inspections of residential, commercial and institutional properties.   Enforces water conservation and urban runoff ordinances. Provides information and advice to the public regarding water efficiency and urban runoff programs. Assists in developing and implementing the City’s Sustainable City Plan regarding water resources, including water conservation and urban runoff management.
