• Metropolitan’s executive strategist Tom Philp is doing a weekly commentary on the state’s water challenges from a Southern California point of view at the San Francisco Chronicle web site.  Given the great imbalance between water supplies and water use in the southern part of California, this will be a great blog to read over time.
